We will not be liable for any faulty, mistaken or fake data they
might be declared during purchase and payment.


You do not have the obligation to register with us, in order to visit and have access in 98% of the contents of this web-site. The rest 2% is reserved for registered members and can be only accessed by the use of a username and password.

Acting as a consumer, you must have legal capacity ( be over eighteen 18 years old) to be able to make a legal transaction and payment i.e. to purchase from our e-shop.

Acting as a trader-supplier, you must have legal authorization to represent a company or organization, in case you pay and buy on the account of a firm or corporation or institution, whatever.

E-lucehabitat will not accept any responsibility for any faulty, mistaken or fake data they might be declared while purchasing and paying—since it is impossible to verify their validity when declared-- and will not accept cancelation and refund a transaction, on the grounds that the person who submitted it and made the payment was unauthorized, or underage, but still had access to other people’s bank accounts or cards and mainly access to personal passwords and usernames.

 

 

CARD HOLDER'S RESPONSIBILITY

 

It is the card holder's resposibility to keep cards, confidential
data & accounts, safe and away from possible misusers.
We will not accept any responsibity for any fraudulent use
of your cards or accounts.


Please take care of your personal or corporate credit or debit cards as well as personal access information, passwords etc. There is always a possibility for a fraudulent use. We strongly believe that it is the card holder’s exclusive responsibility and care to keep his cards and accounts safe and away from possible misusers (kids, juveniles, disloyal employees, frustrated spouses, malignant in-laws etc.).

On the other hand, if the card is stolen an immediate acknowledgement to the bank and simultaneous inspection of your card’s account, will stop any transaction on the spot. Furthermore, we don’t  really believe that any thief would use a stolen card to risk a purchase over the internet, as the declared consignee’s address will be easily traced by the police.(and we don’t deliver to parcel collect points).

So please make sure that you and only you, have access to your cards, and always keep a frequent track on your card’s account for …unexplained queer transactions… Should you discover any peculiar transactions please take all necessary action and notify all involved parties immediately.

CONTRACTUAL RELATIONSHIP-BINDING CONTRACT-ORDER CONFIRMATION  

 

Official languages are Greek or English.
The contractual relationship becomes binding for each party
and concluded after:
a) The deposit & reception of your payment (your part)
b) Shipment of goods or e-mail an order confirmation (our part)


The official languages in our contractual relationship are Greek or English.
All the information quoted and the presentation of products in our  e-shop are not legally binding but just a mere informative invitation to buy.

If you decide to buy, your purchase is concluded when you make the payment. At this moment you are placing (accepting and submitting) a binding order. The date you submit the payment is considered to be the purchase date. This concludes your part of the contractual relationship.

Upon  reception of your order, it will automatically be given an ID number, and it will be acknowledged to you by return e-mail.( yet this is NOT acceptance or an order confirmation). After we have received your payment, we will check availability and accordingly accept your order i.e. conclude our part of the contractual relationship, either by shipping the goods--if ready in stock-- or, --if they must be ordered-- by sending you an e-mail with an order confirmation and other delivery details.

Consequently, an order shall be deemed mutually binding, and the contract concluded, only after:

a) the deposit and reception of payment have been done along with your  acceptance of all conditions described in the present text and b) after we have concluded the contract either by dispatching the goods or by transmitting you a binding order confirmation.

In case of foreseen non-availability for long or even inability, for any reason, to deliver you the ordered goods, you will be immediately notified and asked to decide, whether you want to wait or change your order or withdraw, whatever, and if you withdraw we will fully refund you at no cost.

 

 

 

METHODS OF PAYMENT

Payments can be effected by:

1) Debit, Credit, Prepaid or Virtual Prepaid card

2) Deposit, money-swift or wire transfer to our bank account.

Depending on which is more convenient for You, you can make payment with any of the below listed methods (please choose the way during the procedure "Completion of Purchase")

1)  Payment with Debit, Credit, Prepaid or Virtual Prepaid card.

Accepted cards are  VISA, VISA ELECTRON, MAESTRO, MASTERCARD or AMERICAN EXPRESS

Debit card is any CASH CARD connected with your bank's account, and allows you to make transactions via ATM's instead of cash. The whole amount of your payment will be charged to your account immediately. 
Credit card is a card that gives you credit up to a limit, and the payment will be charged to your card's account to be settled either next month, or whenever if you use amortization by minimum deposits. 
Prepaid is a card issued by a bank, after you have prepaid (charge it) any amount usually the amount equal to the purchase you intend to make. It is used instead of cash, and is a very safe way of payment (anywhere and the Internet too), because you do not run the risk of a theft or a fraudulent use of your finacial data, as there are no more money in it to be charged. If you want to make a new purchase, you prepay again (recharge it) at the bank and so on. Each time the payment is settled by deducting the relevant amount from the each time prepaid residual balance .

Virtual prepaid  is a card with no plastic, that you issue in your computer if you have e-banking and it is supported by your bank (it is a rather new way of payments not supported by all banks yet). It is used only for payments over the Internet, and is the most safe method, because each time you want to make a purchase, you do not have to declare your personal financial data, but instead you issue and declare a new virtual prepaid card, which cannot be used again. 

2) Payment with deposit, money swift or wire-transfer to our bank account.

Attention  this way may involve expenses for you. Please ask the bank a priori to avoid any surprise, because paying by this method you must cover both banks' expenses (transfering and receiving).

It is the best and less expensive way to pay. Expense charges are negligible, especially between Eurozone countries, when for SEPA transfers the expenses are SHARED about € 3,00-6,00 for each party for transactions up to €12000,00.

Please check the relevant point, to make sure that expenses will be SHARED. In any case please consult your bank as well.

If you choose to pay by bank deposit, you have to choose one of the Banks listed.
Make the transfer through your e-banking system and please send us the copy of the payment by e-mail, indicating the ID number of your order.



Step 2: You will be taken to the page where you can verify your data for your order.



If you choose to make a bank deposit please check if the prices of your order are still valid.

 

Step 3: That's it! Your order is confirmed!


After this step you will receive an automated email notification of your order, which includes your order ID, which you must always refer to, in any case.

 

If another form of payment agreed it must be respected, otherwise the delayed amount will be charged until full payment.

All prices include the legal VAT. Prices do not include bulbs (unless included by the manufacturer).

We follow the pricelists of manufacturers. Our prices are more or less discounted depending on each manufacturer pricing policy. 

For each item you can see two prices:
 - THE STRIKED i.e. the recommended manufacturer's  retail pricelist (incl VAT)
 - THE RED i.e.our offered discounted price at which you can aquire  the item.(incl VAT)

--Extra quantity discounts are offered (additionally and on the total amount) as follows:

2% if you exceed the purchase amount of € 1.000,00  (including VAT)

3% if you exceed the purchase amount of € 2.000,00  (including VAT)

4% if you exceed the purchase amount of € 3.000,00  (including VAT)

5% if you exceed the purchase amount of € 5.000,00  (including VAT)

7% if you exceed the purchase amount of € 8.000,00  (including VAT)

The above quantity discounts are quite significant  if you take into consideration

 that our  e-shop offers some single items exceeding  € 8.000,00 !(chandeliers,

collector’s items, big luminaires etc.).

These discounts are calculated automatically in your basket.

 

--Free shipping is also offered when you exceed the purchase amount of  € 300,00  in Greece, or € 400,00 in most EU and other countries. Please consult the section with the shipping costs details. In any case please contact us directly (e-mail or phone) and we will inform you accordingly.

 

--Considerably big discounts are offered for products in “Special Offers” area. In that section you may find various discontinued products or old models or showroom exhibits,etc. offered until exhaustion of stock at unbelievably low prices. Take advantage of these promotional dreamdeals, as all the other discounts are valid as well….

 

--Further discounts, bonuses, promotions etc.  can be obtained when you become a member and enjoy a privileged treatment. This concerns the 2% area of our e-shop
accessible with a username and password, after registering as a member with us.


The prices are fixed at the moment you make the payment. If you place an order and pay with a card, the payment is simultaneous, so there is no problem. But If you place an order and leave to transfer the payment later on (bank deposit, web-banking etc) , the price for the transaction would be the valid price at the moment you will effectuate the payment. So, please when you  make a transfer payment, always make sure that you have the correct  prices in your order.

In countries outside the EU, the products might be subject to import taxes and duties. These are not included and must be born by the client.

Aiming to offer you faster and better services, to waste less paper, and take more care of the environement, most of e-lucehabitat documentation is send by e-mail, and can be filed in electronic format according to the latest EU directives, and be printed if necessary only. A payment receipt for your purchase will be sent to you electronically and think of the environement before you print it. The same for the invoice.   If the goods are intented for professional use or in any case you need an invoice, you should mention it when filling in the forms while purchasing by submitting all relevant data( Trade name, title, address, profession, VAT No, etc).If you have not done this, but you finally want an invoice you should ask for it before the shipment of goods. After the shipment, an issue of an invoice a posteriori is impossible.

    We use standard courier for up to 30 kgr, and for heavier or bulky packages, conventional road hauliers.


    We deliver "Door-Door" and in special circumstances (inaccessible areas) "Door-Point" unless you want to cover the extra door-door costs.


    Delivery times are the dates of receipt of the goods by the carrier and are always INDICATIVE.


    Depending on their availability, the goods may be:

    a) ready-made in our warehouses.

    b) ready-made in the manufacturer's warehouses.

    c) Not ready for delivery temporarily but expected by the manufacturer's department.

    d) not ready-manufactured only on request.

    As already mentioned, the orders are forwarded and the products are shipped after your payment and after it has been credited to our account. Thus, after these and in correspondence with the above availability, the delivery times of the products are marked in each item in our e-shop, as follows:

    a) In Stock which means that the goods are ready for delivery in our warehouses and can be shipped within 1 to 2 days.

    b) 1 to 3 days, meaning that the goods are ready to be delivered to the manufacturer's warehouses and can be shipped within 1-3 days.

    c) 2 to 4 weeks which means that the goods are temporarily in shortage but are expected in the manufacturer's warehouses from the production facilities and can be shipped within 1 to 3 weeks.

    d) 3 to 5 weeks which means that the goods are temporarily deficient, but they are expected in the manufacturer's warehouses from the production facilities and can be shipped within 3 to 5 weeks.

    e) More than 5 weeks which means that the goods are not held in stock but produced only on request, so they must be ordered and expected from the production facilities in the manufacturer's warehouse so that they can be shipped within 5 or a fe weeks. The estimated time for production will be notified to you after the manufacturer has been notified.

    g) Limited Availability (limited pieces) which means that the product is in our warehouse until out of stock and can be delivered immediately or in the warehouse of suppliers and must be ordered and checked availability at the time you place the order.
     
     

    • IF YOUR ADDRESS IS IN THE CITY TERRITORIES we make the Door-Door deliveries either to your address or to the address you have indicated.
     
    We mainly ship the goods with standard courier services (UPS, DHL, ACS, Gen. Postal, etc.) when their weight (real or volumetric) is up to 30 kgr. For large, bulky and heavy (real or volumetric weight) packages, we can use a local or international forwarder (road haulage company).
     
    •  IF YOUR ADDRESS IS IN A SMALL TOWN, VILLAGE, INACCESIBLE AREAS etc.

    Delivery will become a "Door-Point" which means that the goods will be delivered to the closest customer service point of the carrier in the nearest city from where you can pick them up.


    If you still want a door-to-door delivery, you will have to cover the extra cost. If your address is in an extremely inaccessible area (eg a mountain, a small island etc) we will work out the best way of delivery. Anyway, in such a case, we will always be in touch to discuss the most mutually convenient solution to the issue.


    If you want an express air express, we can take care of it, and you have to cover all costs. If the carrier does not accept payment of the fare at the destination, we will inform you to advance the fare to our account.


    The delivery dates displayed in the e-shop or order confirmations - mainly for goods produced on demand (demand) and expected by the manufacturers - are indicative and any delay, under any circumstances, is a reason for claiming damages for any damage form. Date of delivery is the date when the goods will be collected by the courier-carrier to be sent to you.


    This means that it will take a few days to reach you, about 3-6 days for regular packages and 6-12 days for bulky loads, but in any case it depends on the destination.


    All goods are shipped, in their original packaging which has been tested for safe international transport.

    Goods travel on behalf and at the purchaser-recipient risk. Nonetheless, they are insured as described in the following chapter INSURANCE-CLAIMS.

    CAUTION
    : Shipments to third countries (outside the EU) may involve additional taxes or duties to be paid by the customer. Please consult your local Customs Authorities.

    LIMITATIONS
    : Loads for Bahrain, Israel, Lebanon, Madagascar, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Turkey may be stopped and held at Customs upon importation.

 

  

 

 

 

 INSURANCE-CLAIMS 


Goods always travel at the recipient'w risk. Nonetheless
all shipments are insured "all risks"(basic insurance). If your destination is
not covered you will be notified to take care of insurance.


Upon reception, should you detect any damage you must
take all necessary steps described below, in order to notify
us wjthin 72 hours, so to make a claim in time. Failing to do so,
the Insurance company will reject the claim as overdue, and
you will not be reimburshed.


I
n general, all goods always travel at the recipient's (buyer's) risk. Nevertheless, all shipments have an “all risks” Insurance coverage. If the Insurance company does not cover your destination--for any reason—you will be notified to insure the goods as they are transported at your risk.

In case of damage in transit your cooperation is critical for making the redress claim to the carrier and the Insurance company in time.

In case you want full insurance coverage of the value of the order (full insurance package) you must pay the corresponding value after contacting the store at [email protected].

Upon reception of the goods, should you detect any damages or squeezes or openings or distortions or any sign of mishandling of the packages, you must do the following:

a)  TAKE SOME SNAPSHOT PICTURES WITH YOUR MOBILE OR CAMERA. (Take shots including the lamp and the packaging in the same picture, as well as some detail pictures of the part that has been damaged) Without pictures we will not accept any damage claim.

b) Open the parcels, in the presence of the delivering courier agent, and examine to make sure that there are not obvious damages at first sight. If there are REFUSE to accept the goods and notify us immediately by e-mail sending the pictures as well. If everything looks OK at first sight,  you may accept the goods but to make sure that you won’t detect any hidden damages later, make a saving clause, i.e. do the following c)

c)  WRITE above your signature on the transporter’s delivery receipt, that you are    “receiving under the reservation to examine the integrity of its contents because the parcel is damaged” and keep a copy to send us by e-mail or post. You must then immediately examine the luminaire thoroughly and if you find out any defects or breakages or scratches caused in transit, you must notify us by e-mail to
[email protected] sending the pictures too, within the next 72 hours from reception of goods. This deadline is important in order to make a claim in due time to the Insurance company, otherwise they will not accept it as overdue. We will not accept any damage claim after you have accepted the goods without writing the above clause on the receipt and send us a copy and the photographs.

After the 72 hours time-limit you are considered to have accepted the goods in good condition,in tact and OK. Anyway, do not worry, our over 35 years experience shows that damages are very, very ,very rare…almost negligible. All packaging is incredibly durable and tested for international transport.

Do NOT contact the courier or forwarder for any damage. We will do this.

 

WARRANTY

Goods are covered by two (2) years guarantee
from the date of purchase. Guarantee refers to free
of charge, substitution or spare parts or repair-restoration
whichever
the most suitable and convenient.


Guarantee does not cover, breakages, bulbs, continuously
wearable parts, problems resulting from external causes,
misuses, improper istallation or assembly, modifications
and tampering. (Please see details below). 


The goods are top quality, have undergone multiple strength and safety tests, have been fully and finally checked by the quality controls of the manufacturers before packaging and bear the conformity CE mark. Furthermore they have been tested and approved for compliance and  quality by  various International Suitability-Compliance Institutes ( TUV, SEV, IMQ, KEMA, UL,etc) For this reason they are covered by two (2) years warranty from the date of purchase. Within the guarantee period any defects as a result of faulty materials or poor workmanship will be rectified free of charge.
The guarantee refers to either free of charge substitution of the defected item, or free of charge furnishing of the suitable spare parts or free of charge repair in our premises, if this is possible. We reserve the right and it is to our sole discretion to decide what is the best and the most fair and cost-effective solution for both of us. Nonetheless please always keep in mind that we not only light you, but we… care too……

 

The guarantee does not cover and we will not be liable for:

  • #Parts and materials subject to continuous wear ( for instance bulbs, dimmers, switches etc)
  • #Scratches and breakage unless they are due to delivery and must be reported by claim within seventy two(72) hours from reception of goods to be rectified by the Insurance for transport.
  • #Problems resulting from external causes such as accidents, abuse, misuse, mishandling, negligence, fire, theft, vandalism, war, civil-war, riot, coup d'etat, terrorism, malignant acts, explosion, earthquake, floods, natural disaster, or any other external causes that have  no relation to product defect.
  • #Conditions demonstrating failures resulting from faulty or improper or inadequate or, incorrect installation or assembly, misapplication and abrupt under/over fluctuations in voltage of Electric Power Companies, extreme environmental conditions  beyond those defined in the product specifications, lack of compliance with applicable instructions, mishandling, negligence, transport accident or tampering
  • #Also the guarantee is no longer valid (it stops) after any interventions, operations, repairs modifications and  changes in any components of the fixture by any unauthorized person not belonging to our company


Finally and in any case our company will not accept any liability for incurrent costs or collateral damages that might be caused to persons or things because of the above reasons.

resposibility for any damage caused to objects or persons,
deriving from improper use,installation, assembly, mishandling,
negligence or tampering of a product.
The manufactures (so we also) reserve the right of changes and

No manufacturer neither our company will accept any warranty claim or responsibility for any failures, damages or losses to objects or persons, deriving from a poor, wrong or improper use or installation or assembly of a product, or mishandling, negligence or tampering. 

All fixtures must be used for the purpose they have been produced for, and installed only by qualified personnel in the indicated proper way described in the included instructions sheet. i.e. a wall sconce is meant for the wall and should never be installed on the ceiling, or a floor luminaire should be always be free standing and never ,,,fixed on the ceiling, and a ceiling fan should never be placed on the wall.

No matter how decorative or innovative it might seem, always bear in mind that luminaires are electric devices at 220V and emit  high temperatures. Do not try to invent your own way to install or assemble a fixture. Just look in the instructions sheet. All necessary actions are displayed in sketches and pictures so you don’t even have to read….So please be careful, any improper or incorrect use may cause damages, fire or injuries… And unfortunately, some times the damage can be irreversible…..

You have acquired this masterpiece to be happy.. Please keep it that way….

All companies retain the right to change and improve the specifications, features and characteristics of any of their products, including their catalogs and price-lists, without any prior warning.

 

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
 
We follow European and Greek legislation.

As a consumer only, you have the right to withdraw (cancel) your order within fourteen (14) calendar days of the date of purchase of the products (not delivering them at your place).

All the products presented on our website are manufactured upon your order by foreign companies.Your cooperation with our company constitutes acceptance of the terms of use of luceHabitat.

After this period the order is irrevocable.

If it involves a refund, it should only be done with our consent.

Please read the details below as well as our Return Policy.

Our company complies with European and Greek laws (Directive 2000/31 / EC, Directive 97/7 / EC, Presidential Decree 131/2003, guidelines of the Consumer General) governing the rights of consumers, 
e-commerce, remote contracts and online transactions. According to them, the customer has the right to withdraw (resign, withdraw from order) within fourteen (14) days of purchase, without questions.

This is called a "cooling-off" period. During this time, if you change your mind, you can send us an e-mail at info@e-lucehabitat.gr with your intention to withdraw from the order, stating the order ID and a copy of it of your transaction (credit card or wire transfer) if you have already made the payment.
Please also mention the IBAN of your bank account and the SWIFT code.

We will review your request to see if it complies with the terms and conditions governing luceHabitat's withdrawals and returns policy, and we will notify you by email whether it has been approved (accepted) or not.

More details:

  • If your withdraw apply is rejected, as incompatible with the company 's return policy ... nothing can be done...
  • If approved, and you haven't made the payment yet, we'll just cancel the order.
  • If approved, and you have made the payment but the goods have not yet been shipped, we will cancel and reverse the transaction by refunding any amount you have already remitted, deducting only any costs incurred (Bank or card fees, other expenses etc.) within the deadline fifteen (15) business days. Such expenses may not exceed five (5%) of the total value of the transaction. The refund will be remitted to your bank account IBAN.
  • If you are approved and have already received the goods or have already shipped, so you will eventually receive them, they must first be returned, at your own cost and risk as they are, without being opened and soiling the original packaging, stickers, writing, etc. (see return policy below and follow the instructions carefully).Please wrap the parcels with suitable paper if you want to write something on them. You will receive an e-mail informing us of our decision and instructions, delivery address, shipping details, etc. After we have received the returned goods, we will review them to see if the terms and conditions of the return policy have been met, and if they respond, we will take all necessary steps to refund you within thirty (30) business days. 
    As the customer has to cover all the return costs, the refund will be deducted from all return costs, ie shipping costs - even if they were initially loaded with free transfer bonuses -, bank or card fees and so on. expenses etc..
    We reserve the right to deduct shipping costs for canceled goods, even when initially not paid by the customer, but covered by luceHabitat as an extra bonus for purchasing the products and not for returning them.
    In other words, free shipping is a bonus (gift) for the purchase of goods, not a gift for their ... return! Such costs may not exceed twelve (12%) of the total value of the transaction. The refund will be remitted to your bank account IBAN.
    In addition (in any of the above cases) if the returned goods are part of a larger order, which has been given a quantitative discount on the total amount, and deducting their value from the total amount results in a smaller percentage discount, the difference will be also deducted from the refund.
  • If initially approved, and then rejected, after examination of the returned goods because they are not eligible under the return policy, they are still your property and you should take care of them at your own risk and cost. , within fifteen (15) business days of the date that your refusal was notified. Of course, we'll help you - if you want - by handing over the goods to any shipping company you designate.If you do not collect the goods after 30 days, you are expressly agreeing to donate to a charity or organization.

    As stated explicitly after the "cooling-off" the order becomes irrevocable and cannot be canceled.However, since our philosophy is to always be happy and satisfied, we can always discuss the problem.So please, contact us, and with the exception of special orders or special offers (which are not refundable or canceled), we will do our best to meet your requirements, as appropriate.


SPECIAL ORDERS & OFFERS

 

a) The "Special Orders" as explained below, are marked on each product page with the corresponding word marking and their order is irrevocable.

Not all luminaires are in stock, even by the manufacturers. Many luminaires are only produced when requested, which makes them, by nature, considered "special orders" or personalized constructions.

Although these models appear in the catalogs of the companies, they are not kept in stock and available at the moment, due to their complexity, the difficulty in their construction, their high price, their slow traffic speed, the wide variety of colors and sizes, the large their volume, etc. and are produced only after a customer requests them. 
Also, some companies keep in stock semi-finished or spare parts of the products and only when they are ordered do they proceed with painting, assembly, final finishing, packaging and shipping. Products of this kind are indicative lighting systems, special lighting, all kinds of handmade chandeliers, objects made of blown crystal, furniture, fiber optics, special colors, industrial lighting, specially designed orders, special devices LED etc.). These orders concerning goods that are made only on demand, ie after a relevant order, are considered and are "special orders".


All these orders are irrevocable (without the right of withdrawal) strictly after the date of confirmation of the order. However, we will make sure that the order confirmation is sent to you at least seven (7) days after you have made the payment, since there is time until they are sent.

We have included them in our e-shop simply to give you the opportunity to choose from a wide variety, and especially the opportunity to obtain high value luminaires at extremely affordable prices. On the other hand, we hope it is understandable that it is not at all easy (not to say impossible), to start the production of a special item and suddenly have to stop, or worse in the end to remain as a stock ...


b) "Special Offers" are luminaires that are no longer in the manufacturer's production and their order is irrevocable.

These luminaires are available at special prices (even below cost) until stock runs out.

These luminaires are included in the "Special Offers" category on our website.

These luminaires are stored in our warehouses or of the respective supplier while samples of them are displayed in our showroom.

For the specific products there is no right of withdrawal and they are not returned.

  

RETURNS-REFUND POLICY 

The customer has a period of 14 calendar days to exercise the right of withdrawal. This deadline applies to all member states of the European Union.

The period of 14 days starts from the day following the order and payment (not delivery) of the products by the consumer.

The supplier has the obligation to refund all payments, including delivery charges, within 14 days from the day on which he was informed of the withdrawal of the consumer who has made a purchase with a retail receipt.

In the event of a refund (which should have been agreed between the customer and the supplier), the supplier is obliged to return the money in the same way he received it, while the customer will be charged for any commissions incurred when purchasing the product.

The return of the product is made within 14 days of exercising the right of withdrawal, which practically means that the consumer has 14 days to declare that he wishes to withdraw and another 14 days to return the products - in the condition in which he received them otherwise return will not be accepted.

The consumer bears the direct cost of returning the products.

Any return is accepted only in its original (outer & inner) and intact packaging.

The refund is not universally applicable in all cases of order cancellation (eg change of mind-withdrawal after receiving the product).

Refunds are distinguished according to the reasonthe customers, and the costs involved, as follows:

ALL CUSTOMERS (INDIVIDUAL & PROFESSIONALS)

A) defective goods covered by warranty (no return charges)

B) not according to the order, sent by mistake (no return costs)

C) incurred damage in transit to you (not return costs)

D) for service in order to repair them (with return costs)

PRIVATE CONSUMERS ONLY

E) right of withdrawal, change of mind (with expenses the immediate cost of return)

All returns are valid, accepted and may be made, only under (cumulatively) ALL of the following conditions:

1) If (E)-withdrawal- apply only to private (B2C) consumers (not professionals (B2B), businesses, merchants, etc.)

2) If (E)-withdrawal applies when they concern items kept in stock, frequently sold items etc. (not special orders or special offers)

3) The product is intact (except for damage in transit), not installed and unused in all respects.

4) The product is in its original (outer and inner) packaging, which are intact.

5) The consumer will cover all relevant direct return costs (if there are any).

By not complying with any of the above conditions, the return will not be accepted.

Please see below, read and follow the returns instructions.

Any return, for any reason (even for defective items covered by the warranty), wrong loading or damage caused during transportation and delivery, can be made.

We do not supply or sell on trial. Returns, because you have changed your mind and purchase decision, can only be made by private consumers who purchase on a retail basis - with retail proof of purchase - for their own use as end consumers. This right to withdraw from the purchase must be communicated to us strictly within the cooling-off period of fourteen (14) calendar days and provided that these are orders for ordinary items held in stock, and frequently sold, etc. (not special orders or special offers that are irrevocable). In this case, the value of the original order can be used to purchase other products that are in stock. No refunds for change of mind-withdrawal is valid.

As it is not fair for us to incur unforeseen costs because you changed your mind, the consumer must bear all relevant return costs. (e.g. Transport, bank or card fees, insurance etc.) which in any case cannot exceed 12% of the total value of the returned goods.

The right of withdrawal (waiver) cannot be exercised in lieu of another cause i.e. if the consumer has failed to exercise a previous claim and resorts to withdrawal (e.g. NOT reporting damages in transit within 72 hours of receiving the goods) .

All other customers, i.e. professionals, technical companies, businesses, traders, corporate customers, etc. who buy for professional purposes (e.g. purchases with the issuance of documents to a professional tax office to be included in expenses or projects), are also excluded from the right of withdrawal (resignation-change of mind) does not apply to them.

All customers with exceptions are entitled to a refund for order cancellation due to the fault of the supplier (e.g. inability to deliver the product, e.g. due to lack of stock)

In addition, any return for any reason must be made in the original packaging of the product including the inner packaging and accompanying documents. No returns will be accepted (even for defective items covered by warranty) unless they are returned in their complete (inner and outer) packaging. This is very important because it is the only way we can also return the goods in question to the manufacturers.

Therefore, please when you receive an item,do not throw away or destroy its packaging, at least for the first 72 hours that you can make a claim for defect or damage. In fact you should keep it forever, in case you need to load the goods for any reason safely.

IMPORTANT: When receiving the parcels, please check if everything is ok. If you notice any packaging distortion or signs of mishandling, you should take all necessary steps outlined in the INSURANCE-CLAIM section. Please read them and act accordingly, otherwise you will not be able to be compensated.

We will deny all liability and any refund if you fail to do so, and as a result, the insurance company rejects the claim as out of time.
