RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
We follow European and Greek legislation.
As a consumer only, you have the right to withdraw (cancel) your order within fourteen (14) calendar days of the date of purchase for the products (not delivering them at your place).
All the products presented on our website are manufactured upon your order by foreign companies.Your cooperation with our company constitutes acceptance of the terms of use of luceHabitat.
After this period the order is irrevocable.
If it involves a refund, it should only be done with our consent.

Our company complies with European and Greek laws (Directive 2000/31 / EC, Directive 97/7 / EC, Presidential Decree 131/2003, guidelines of the Consumer General) governing the rights of consumers,
e-commerce, remote contracts and online transactions. According to them, the customer has the right to withdraw (resign, withdraw from order) within fourteen (14) days of purchase, without questions.
This is called a "cooling-off" period. During this time, if you change your mind, you can send us an e-mail at info@e-lucehabitat.gr with your intention to withdraw from the order, stating the order ID and a copy of it of your transaction (credit card or wire transfer) if you have already made the payment.
Please also mention the IBAN of your bank account and the SWIFT code.
We will review your request to see if it complies with the terms and conditions governing luceHabitat's withdrawals and returns policy, and we will notify you by email whether it has been approved (accepted) or not.
More details:
- If your withdraw apply is rejected, as incompatible with the company 's return policy ... nothing can be done...
- If approved, and you haven't made the payment yet, we'll just cancel the order.
- If approved, and you have made the payment but the goods have not yet been shipped, we will cancel and reverse the transaction by refunding any amount you have already remitted, deducting only any costs incurred (Bank or card fees, other expenses etc.) within the deadline fifteen (15) business days. Such expenses may not exceed five (5%) of the total value of the transaction. The refund will be remitted to your bank account IBAN.
- If you are approved and have already received the goods or have already shipped, so you will eventually receive them, they must first be returned, at your own cost and risk as they are, without being opened and soiling the original packaging, stickers, writing, etc. (see return policy below and follow the instructions carefully).Please wrap the parcels with suitable paper if you want to write something on them. You will receive an e-mail informing us of our decision and instructions, delivery address, shipping details, etc. After we have received the returned goods, we will review them to see if the terms and conditions of the return policy have been met, and if they respond, we will take all necessary steps to refund you within thirty (30) business days.
As the customer has to cover all the return costs, the refund will be deducted from all return costs, ie shipping costs - even if they were initially loaded with free transfer bonuses -, bank or card fees and so on. expenses etc..We reserve the right to deduct shipping costs for canceled goods, even when initially not paid by the customer, but covered by luceHabitat as an extra bonus for purchasing the products and not for returning them.
In other words, free shipping is a bonus (gift) for the purchase of goods, not a gift for their ... return! Such costs may not exceed twelve (12%) of the total value of the transaction. The refund will be remitted to your bank account IBAN.
In addition (in any of the above cases) if the returned goods are part of a larger order, which has been given a quantitative discount on the total amount, and deducting their value from the total amount results in a smaller percentage discount, the difference will be also deducted from the refund.
- If initially approved, and then rejected, after examination of the returned goods because they are not eligible under the return policy, they are still your property and you should take care of them at your own risk and cost. , within fifteen (15) business days of the date that your refusal was notified. Of course, we'll help you - if you want - by handing over the goods to any shipping company you designate.If you do not collect the goods after 30 days, you are expressly agreeing to donate to a charity or organization.
As stated explicitly after the "cooling-off" the order becomes irrevocable and cannot be canceled.However, since our philosophy is to always be happy and satisfied, we can always discuss the problem.So please, contact us, and with the exception of special orders or special offers (which are not refundable or canceled), we will do our best to meet your requirements, as appropriate.
