The period of 14 days starts from the day following the order and payment (not delivery) of the products by the consumer.
The supplier has the obligation to refund all payments, including delivery charges, within 14 days from the day on which he was informed of the withdrawal of the consumer who has made a purchase with a retail receipt.
In the event of a refund (which should have been agreed between the customer and the supplier), the supplier is obliged to return the money in the same way he received it, while the customer will be charged for any commissions incurred when purchasing the product.
The return of the product is made within 14 days of exercising the right of withdrawal, which practically means that the consumer has 14 days to declare that he wishes to withdraw and another 14 days to return the products - in the condition in which he received them otherwise return will not be accepted.
The consumer bears the direct cost of returning the products.
Any return is accepted only in its original (outer & inner) and intact packaging.

The refund is not universally applicable in all cases of order cancellation (eg change of mind-withdrawal after receiving the product).
Refunds are distinguished according to the reason, the customers, and the costs involved, as follows:
ALL CUSTOMERS (INDIVIDUAL & PROFESSIONALS)
A) defective goods covered by warranty (no return charges)
B) not according to the order, sent by mistake (no return costs)
C) incurred damage in transit to you (not return costs)
D) for service in order to repair them (with return costs)
PRIVATE CONSUMERS ONLY
E) right of withdrawal, change of mind (with expenses the immediate cost of return)
All returns are valid, accepted and may be made, only under (cumulatively) ALL of the following conditions:
1) If (E)-withdrawal- apply only to private (B2C) consumers (not professionals (B2B), businesses, merchants, etc.)
2) If (E)-withdrawal applies when they concern items kept in stock, frequently sold items etc. (not special orders or special offers)
3) The product is intact (except for damage in transit), not installed and unused in all respects.
4) The product is in its original (outer and inner) packaging, which are intact.
5) The consumer will cover all relevant direct return costs (if there are any).
By not complying with any of the above conditions, the return will not be accepted.

Any return, for any reason (even for defective items covered by the warranty), wrong loading or damage caused during transportation and delivery, can be made.
We do not supply or sell on trial. Returns, because you have changed your mind and purchase decision, can only be made by private consumers who purchase on a retail basis - with retail proof of purchase - for their own use as end consumers. This right to withdraw from the purchase must be communicated to us strictly within the cooling-off period of fourteen (14) calendar days and provided that these are orders for ordinary items held in stock, and frequently sold, etc. (not special orders or special offers that are irrevocable). In this case, the value of the original order can be used to purchase other products that are in stock. No refunds for change of mind-withdrawal is valid.
As it is not fair for us to incur unforeseen costs because you changed your mind, the consumer must bear all relevant return costs. (e.g. Transport, bank or card fees, insurance etc.) which in any case cannot exceed 12% of the total value of the returned goods.
The right of withdrawal (waiver) cannot be exercised in lieu of another cause i.e. if the consumer has failed to exercise a previous claim and resorts to withdrawal (e.g. NOT reporting damages in transit within 72 hours of receiving the goods) .
All other customers, i.e. professionals, technical companies, businesses, traders, corporate customers, etc. who buy for professional purposes (e.g. purchases with the issuance of documents to a professional tax office to be included in expenses or projects), are also excluded from the right of withdrawal (resignation-change of mind) does not apply to them.
All customers with exceptions are entitled to a refund for order cancellation due to the fault of the supplier (e.g. inability to deliver the product, e.g. due to lack of stock)
In addition, any return for any reason must be made in the original packaging of the product including the inner packaging and accompanying documents. No returns will be accepted (even for defective items covered by warranty) unless they are returned in their complete (inner and outer) packaging. This is very important because it is the only way we can also return the goods in question to the manufacturers.
Therefore, please when you receive an item,do not throw away or destroy its packaging, at least for the first 72 hours that you can make a claim for defect or damage. In fact you should keep it forever, in case you need to load the goods for any reason safely.
IMPORTANT: When receiving the parcels, please check if everything is ok. If you notice any packaging distortion or signs of mishandling, you should take all necessary steps outlined in the INSURANCE-CLAIM section. Please read them and act accordingly, otherwise you will not be able to be compensated.
We will deny all liability and any refund if you fail to do so, and as a result, the insurance company rejects the claim as out of time.
