Returns Policy

RETURNS-REFUND POLICY 

The consumer has to have a period of 14 calendar days to exercise the right of withdrawal. This deadline applies to all Member States of the European Union. 

The 14-day period starts from the day of the purchase (not the receipt) of the goods by the consumer. 

The supplier has to repay any payment, including transport and delivery, within 14 days of being informed of the cancellation of the consumer. 

In case of a refund, the supplier is obliged to return the money in the same way you took them. 

The Return of product is within 14 days of exercising the right of withdrawal, which practically means that the consumer has at his disposal 14 days to indicate that it wishes to withdraw and another 14 days to return the goods he received them. 
 
The consumer shall bear only the direct cost of returning goods. 
Any Return is accepted only in original (external & internal) and undamaged packaging. 

Please read carefully the details below and follow the instructions. 


Refunds are distinguished by reason, customers, and the costs involved, as follows: 

      ALL CLIENTS 

A) defective goods covered by guarantee (not return costs) 

B) discordant with the order, apostalthenta accidentally (no fees refund) 

C) Ground damage in transport duly insured (no fees refund) 

D) for service to be repaired (expense reimbursement) 


      RETAIL CUSTOMERS ONLY 

  E) the right of withdrawal, change of mind (expense the cost of returning) 

 

All refunds apply, be accepted and can only be made down under (cumulative) ALL of the following conditions: 

  1) If (E)-withdrawal-only apply to individuals (B2C) consumers (not business (B2B), traders, etc.) 

  2) If (E)-retraction force when related items kept in stock, often sold items etc. (no special orders or offers

  3) The product is intact (except for damages during transport), not installed and in all respects unused. 

  4) The product is in its original (external and internal) packaging, which is intact (except for damage in transit) 

  5) The consumer will cover all directly attributable costs of returning (if any). 

Non-compliance with any of the above conditions, the return will not be accepted. 

Please see below, read and follow the instructions for returns. 

Any return for any reason even for defective items covered under warranty, wrong shipment or damage caused during transport and delivery can take place. 

We are not supply or make sales on test. Returns because you changed your mind and purchase decision can be made only by private consumers who purchase a retail basis for their own use as final consumers. This right of withdrawal (resignation) from the market should be notified to us strictly within the "period of reflection" (cooling-off period) of the fourteen (14) calendar days from purchase (or receipt in case the goods are already delivered to the client) of the products and provided that these orders ordinary objects kept in stock, and often sold etc (special orders or special offers are irrevocable). 

Since it is not fair for us to incur unexpected costs, because you changed your mind, the consumer must bear all associated costs of return. (eg transport, supply or bank card, insurance, etc.) which in any case can not exceed 12% of the total value of returned goods. 

The right of withdrawal (resignation) can not be brought in replacement of another cause if the consumer has failed to exercise a prior claim and recourse to rescission (NOT announcing losses in transit within 72 hours of receipt of goods) . 

All other customers professionals, construction companies, businesses, merchants, corporate clients etc. who buy for business purposes are excluded and the right of withdrawal (resignation) is not applicable to them. 

Furthermore, any return for any reason must be in the original packaging of the product including inner packaging and accompanying documents being included. No returns will be accepted (even defective items covered under warranty) if not returned within the full (internal and external) packaging. This is very important because it is the only way we can and we also return those goods manufacturers. 

So, please when you receive an item, do not dispose or destroy the package, at least for the first 72 hours, you can raise a claim of defect or damage. In fact you have to keep forever, does need to load the goods for any reason safely. 

Important when receiving the parcel, please check if everything is okay. If you notice any signs of distortion packaging or mishandling, you should take all necessary steps outlined in Section-INSURANCE CLAIMS REQUIREMENTS. Please read and act accordingly, otherwise you will not be reimbursed. 

We will deny any liability and any refund if you do not do so in this manner, and therefore, the insurance company rejected the claim as time-barred.
